I will start by saying that this property and its owner (Katrina) are fabulous. We are a family of five. Parents, plus three adult children (20 somethings). Visited in July 2025. The Villa is beyond well-appointed and even comes with a fantastic game room which you can see in the photos. When we arrived, the Villa was immaculate, and Kat had snacks and drinks waiting for us. Large bedrooms and bathrooms all well-appointed and beds extremely comfortable. My family and I have rented VRBOs all over Europe (London, France, Germany, Austria, Swiss, Holland, Italy, etc.) and I have to say this is now my favorite. Other things to consider, 15-minute walk to Praia (Beach) Centeanes, which has a full-service restaurant (O-Stop) on the beach. Five-minute drive to Praia Carvalho, downtown Carvoeiro and Algar Seco Rocks and Boardwalk. Highly recommend "Brotherootz" for kayak trip to Benagil Cave which launches from Praia Carvalho. Highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to the Algarve.

We had a great time. The host could not have been any more helpful. Katarina kept in touch from beginning to end. The house is very spacious and the ground floor was perfect for my Father who has limited mobility. Although the Veranda on the first floor was his favourite place and gave him a boost of energy getting up and down the stairs. The house is in a lovely area and has everything needed for a great holiday. We loved the view of the sea and the sunsets from the roof. The welcome pack was great after a long journey. We will definitely return.
