About this farm stay rental
Welcome to Morningside Ranch, a luxurious 4,000 sq ft private estate on 6 acres. Modern farmhouse elegance, with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, perfect for family or group gatherings.
Property caretaker lives on site in an independent unit.
We strive to keep the property in an excellent condition, if you find anything needs any attention, please advise us within 24 hours (sooner the better) so we can address it as feasible.
Amenities galore! In-ground pool/jacuzzi for sun-soaked days. Pool can't be heated. Game room featuring pool table, ping-pong, air hockey, and more. Kids will love the playground & in-ground trampoline, while adults can relax in spacious living areas inside and out. Gated estate on 4 acres with secure iron gate access. Fire pit in front and back, and propane bbq grill.
Property sleeps 10 people across 5 bedrooms; and can accommodate as many as 12 guests (additional fee applies for guests in excess of 10 people).
Pets welcome, up to a maximum of 2 pets. Note there is an extra pet fee of $150 per pet.
Special note about the hot tub. The hot tub is remotely controlled by the host, and can be turned on upon guest request. Due to the extreme cost to operate the hot tub, the maximum run time is for 3 hours, with one request per day. Note also that the hot tub takes 1.5 hours to warm up, and must be turned off by 10pm each evening due to neighborhood noise ordinance. Guests should request usage of the hot tub at least 2-3 hours prior to planned usage.

The house is awesome for a big group. Could easily accommodate 4 couples with kids. The floor plan for the bedrooms is very interesting layout so it is like all the rooms are their own corner. So, if you go with a mixed group of friends /family it is like you have your own personal space. All the bed rooms are large like you could put an air mattress on the floor and still have space. But then down stairs is like the gathering area and there are bedrooms down there and you don’t even notice. The back yard is well laid out. For example the pool gets sun all day and yet there is still shade. Parking and access was easy. The kitchen had enough that we were able to cook for 10. The host is awesome and was very accommodating and helpful. The only reason I put a lower star wasn’t for our stay but as a review for others it is not 5 star clean because your in the hills on a huge property so your going to have some cobwebs. If your a little outdoor like and understand then it is 5 star.

The house, game room, outdoor playground and hot tub were all greatly enjoyed by the grandkids. And the host was very gracious and accommodating.

The host was very responsive and accommodated our late-night requests for heating the hot tub. Beds were all super comfortable and the house was very clean.

The place was great. It had everything listed: play structure, built-in trampoline, pool, ping pong table...etc. The place was very spacious and there was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The table was nice to fit everyone. The host was great with communication. He did everything through text. Even when my husband left some stuff behind, we were able to get back in to grab it without a problem. We would definitely go back.
