The apartment is well-equipped and tastefully decorated, very clean and well located, both quiet and close to historic sites and good restaurants. Good communication with Giulio.

-l’emplacement central (pour le stationnement, prévoir de se garer à l’extérieur, au parcheggio duomo par exemple, compter 35/40 euros par jour) -la vue -bien équipé

-l’isolation phonique : on n’entend rien des bruits extérieurs mais on entend beaucoup les bruits de la cage d’escalier (cela n’empêche pas de dormir)

Great location!

Hot water is not the best, maybe enough hot water for a quick one minute or two shower.

Very nice and spotless clean studio with phenomenal view of the hills and countryside. A small kitchen section and all necessary equipment for some quick cooking. Excellent location just outside the city gates, just 10 minutes walk away from the main square. Great bathroom, comfy bed. We did not meet the owner in person, but the service and communication was excellent; quick, informative, friendly. When a minor issue arose (that had nothing to do with him), he acted quickly and went out of his way to help. Highly recommend - and I am looking forward to going back.
