Kényelmes, tiszta ágy, nem túl puha. Légkondicionáló a nappaliban nagy teljesítményű, a hűtő- fagyasztó mérete jó. Csak az utcára nyílik ablak, de ennek ellenére a lakás világos, mert több természetes fényt adó bevilágító ablak van a plafonon .
Hiányos a konyhai felszerelés: nem találtunk citrom facsarót, kenyérvágó deszkát, krumpli pucolót, kancsót, volt néhány üres konyhai polc

Tranquilidad de la zona donde se encuentra , camas cómodas
Es muy antiguo y no se encuentra en condiciones para alquilar , la instalación eléctrica es de los años 40 El agua no llega bien a la ducha, sin presión , hace calor y algunos aires acondicionados no funcionaban la cocina había muebles rotos y hemos visto cucarachas
