Villa Montgrau, 2 SWIMMING POOLS AND TENNIS COURT

This was one of the most amazing group stays I’ve ever had. Jose was the most gracious host, checking in ahead of the trip and really going ahead and beyond to make our stay fabulous. The views and sunrises are stunning, there’s a range of activities to do including tennis and hiking, there are two pools. Two! My friends and I loved it and can’t wait to go back!

Where to begin with Villa Montgrau…I think we’ll start with 10/10 , A*, 100%!! As a group of 30 friends, it’s difficult to find an affordable villa that fits us all comfortably, and has a range of activities on offer both on and off site. Villa Mongrau has all of this and more. The kitchen and outdoor stoves made it easy for us to cook for 30, the two pools were super clean and spacious, and the grounds are fantastic for a huge game of hide and seek! The tennis court and games room below Casa 2 were brilliant and even the gym got some use! The beaches and beach bars are approximately 20 minutes away by taxi, and are a fun day out but there’s so much on offer at the villa, you won’t want to leave. Pepe and his family were so incredibly helpful, suggesting supermarket delivery options, taxi and minibus hire, walks in the stunning local area and even cooked us a gorgeous paella on the Saturday night. The cherry on top of the cake was the chilled beer tap and outside cooler which meant we were always supplied with a cold pint/drink whilst lazing by the pool. They went above and beyond, whilst not being intrusive and we can’t thank them enough for making our stay such a lovely and fun experience. We had a wonderful time at Villa Montgrau. The contact with Pepe was excellent and with everything we could ask for help. The first day we enjoyed a delicious Paella made by Carlos & also the last evening we had an amazing barbecue. The house is beautiful and fully equipped. We were a large group of 30 and if we wanted to go to the beach or into town we were excellently helped with taxis/buses arranged by Pepe. Thank you for the fantastic time!

Our trip was perfect! The pictures are a good representation of everything you get. When you arive you cannot believe that the whole mountain is yours. And you're also the only one who stays at this acconmodation, you do not have tot share anything. You'll have very much privacy because there are no other people in your valley. It was nice and clean and the two swimming pools with the sea and mountain views were marvelous. Also the squash and tennis fields were good in the evening for some exercise.Afterwards you have big nice rooms with airconditioning to rest after a nice sunny day. The hosts of Mongrau are even more nice. They wanted to help us with everything and are such a nice people. Also it was possible to Hike in your own backgarden in the mountains. Conclusion is that you'll get much more than you're paying for and i'll think you're making a good discision to go here !
