MontGrau is a 130-hectare private estate surrounded by orange groves and lush pine-covered mountains in the Sierra de Corbera. It is located in a ravine that opens up toward the sea, which is just 10 km away. A very peaceful and exclusive location, with no other neighbors or roads running through it, surrounded by nature and just a few minutes from the beach.
It features 12 bedrooms distributed as follows: a 400-square-meter main house with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a “paellero” (paella kitchen), and a living room; and a separate 470 m² guest house featuring 4 suites with private bathrooms, a kitchen, a large living room, a ping-pong room, and a small gym.
There is Wi-Fi, satellite TV, heating and air conditioning, a piped music system, a tennis court, and a frontenis court. It features a well-lit garden, an automatic entrance gate, and private access roads.
The villa, wine cellar, garden, terraces, and pools were designed with the setting always in mind, intended to blend seamlessly into the landscape. As a result, the house is perfectly oriented for maximum comfort, and from every vantage point, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the mountains—with plenty of natural light and ideal spots to relax in the pleasant shade of the trees.
Main villa: 400 m², built on a single story with masonry walls. 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, interior courtyard, large living room, kitchen, and paella grill.
700 m² of terrace connected by several doors to the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms.
- Guest house: 570 m², 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a ping-pong room, and a large living room and kitchen for events.
Living room description: When covered, the large living room can accommodate 80 people seated at round tables. Outdoors, there is a flat area of 4,000 square meters where you can choose the best location for the tables.
- Pools: Two pools, one measuring 15x9 meters with a 200-square-meter terrace and changing rooms. The other pool, a 9x8-meter saltwater pool, features a 50-meter terrace. Both are regularly tested and monitored.
- Wine Cellar: Carved into the mountain, it maintains a pleasant temperature year-round. It is modeled after ancient Mediterranean watchtowers.
- Bar refrigerators on the terrace and a sound system that connects directly to all types of devices. The house also features Wi-Fi and a TV with national and international channels.
Garden: Over 5,000 m² of flat, accessible grounds, with lawns maintained weekly and various secluded, shaded spots where you can relax.
Tennis courts and a fronton court with night lighting.
- Parking for over 40 vehicles.
Several trails start right from the property and lead into the “Serra de la Murta,” a peaceful and rugged natural area with picturesque landscapes, caves, and a wide horizon from which you can see all the way from “Cabo la Nao” to the “Albufera de Valencia”.
The nearest beaches are just 10 km away, in tourist towns such as Cullera, Tavernes de la Valldigna, Xeraco, and Gandía.
Valencia is a 40-minute drive away. Manises International Airport is 50 km away via the highway, and El Altet (Alicante) is just over an hour away.

Very impressed by this accommodation!! The pools are great and an amazing villa! Driving up Montgrau is something special and having it all to yourself is even better. Very private and no noise complaints. Pepe is a great host and is very friendly. He helped us out whenever needed and was always available. I would definitely recommend this to larger groups.

This was one of the most amazing group stays I’ve ever had. Jose was the most gracious host, checking in ahead of the trip and really going ahead and beyond to make our stay fabulous.
The views and sunrises are stunning, there’s a range of activities to do including tennis and hiking, there are two pools. Two! My friends and I loved it and can’t wait to go back!

Where to begin with Villa Montgrau…I think we’ll start with 10/10 , A*, 100%!!
As a group of 30 friends, it’s difficult to find an affordable villa that fits us all comfortably, and has a range of activities on offer both on and off site. Villa Mongrau has all of this and more.
The kitchen and outdoor stoves made it easy for us to cook for 30, the two pools were super clean and spacious, and the grounds are fantastic for a huge game of hide and seek! The tennis court and games room below Casa 2 were brilliant and even the gym got some use!
The beaches and beach bars are approximately 20 minutes away by taxi, and are a fun day out but there’s so much on offer at the villa, you won’t want to leave.
Pepe and his family were so incredibly helpful, suggesting supermarket delivery options, taxi and minibus hire, walks in the stunning local area and even cooked us a gorgeous paella on the Saturday night. The cherry on top of the cake was the chilled beer tap and outside cooler which meant we were always supplied with a cold pint/drink whilst lazing by the pool. They went above and beyond, whilst not being intrusive and we can’t thank them enough for making our stay such a lovely and fun experience.
The villa has already been recommended to several friends/family and I suspect we will be back at some point!

Our trip was perfect! The pictures are a good representation of everything you get. When you arive you cannot believe that the whole mountain is yours. And you're also the only one who stays at this acconmodation, you do not have tot share anything. You'll have very much privacy because there are no other people in your valley. It was nice and clean and the two swimming pools with the sea and mountain views were marvelous. Also the squash and tennis fields were good in the evening for some exercise.Afterwards you have big nice rooms with airconditioning to rest after a nice sunny day. The hosts of Mongrau are even more nice. They wanted to help us with everything and are such a nice people. Also it was possible to Hike in your own backgarden in the mountains. Conclusion is that you'll get much more than you're paying for and i'll think you're making a good discision to go here !
