I like that it is walking distance to the beach and shops.
The room i stayed was moldy which made some of my clothes to attract the mold. That needs to be sorted out.

Exceptional service, value for money and I like how you can easily come and go with ease without having to knock or call the host. Great location and nice and quiet.

Their location and cleanliness
The noise from the neighborhood. They forgot to give me the key for the main door i struggled to get out the next day. Their television was not working.
