Location is perfect as it is close to amenities.
I like everything about the place as I always book it. I would suggest that you get the rooms fumigated for pesticides.

The lady who welcomed me was very warm. Tv with wifi and a fan. Flat contains basic immunities that you might need.
Hot water in the morning ran out. Cockroaches have a filled day around the place. The bed is hard and not comfortable. Shower not 100% clean The fan needs some cleaning
