They had only one towel and they didn’t have toiletry in the shower no shower gel no nothing

When you are in the shower the water comes out and make the floor wet

The WiFi with strong signal
1. Bed not comfortable. 2. No wardrobe to hang your clothes. 3. Blanket was torn. 4. There were some cocroaches. 5. No coffee and milk, only tea bags and brown sugar. 6. The water when showering goes to the bedroom floor, so you have to wipe the water after showering, failing which you can slip and fall from that water.
