Perfect villa for a group stay.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had the most amazing stay at this villa near Nice! We were a group of 9, and the property was absolutely perfect for us. It had everything – a fantastic pool with accessories, an outdoor grill and dining area, soccer and volleyball courts, and even a second kitchen and fridge which was so useful for a big group. The main kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need (including a dishwasher), and the whole villa was beautifully presented and spotless. The location was ideal too – just a 20-minute taxi drive to Nice and close to some lovely restaurants at the marina. Elena was the perfect host: welcoming, kind, and always helpful. We had such a lovely time and would love to come back! We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for the perfect holiday stay. 💛

A dream come true!
This is the most beautiful and charming property I have had the pleasure to stay in. It is truly a gem. It is the true “French” experience. Elena was just as wonderful to communicate with and helpful. I can’t wait to come back. The view itself is incredible! The proximity to grocery stores, the sea, Antibes, Cannes, Nice…. Perfect!!

Beautiful villa, perfect for a family holiday
The house is beautiful and the location perfect with walking distance to grocery store and beach with restaurants - we had a lovely time here and would gladly book the same villa again! Elena was very friendly and accommodating, a great hostess.
