Nice semi-detached house, located 1 km from the medieval village and 4 km from the sea. Large swimming pool and children's pool, tennis in the area. Southwest exposure. Pleasant garden of 120 m2 with terrace and arbor, deck chairs and barbecue. Close to a pharmacy and delicatessen and a few minutes from the Polygone Riviéra center. Walk on the banks of the Wolf from the village to the sea. Ideally located between Nice and Antibes. 6 kms from St-Paul-de-Vence (village artists), 20 km from Gourdon village perched on the road to Grasse etc ....

Belle propriété, très bien entretenue, très propre. Elle est située dans un très beau clos sécurisé, calme, proche du village et à moins d’1km du centre commercial Riviera.

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Franz. Wohnviertel. Als Reihenendhaus hat es eine schöne Terrasse mit Garten. Ein Parkplatz ist hinter dem Tor auf dem Grundstück. Unser VW Passat passte drauf, hätte aber auch nicht länger sein dürfen ;-)
Fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt für kleine Besorgungen, ansonsten ist man mit dem Auto super schnell beim Einkaufen, am Strand und selbst bis Nizza und Antibes ist man nicht lange unterwegs.
Wir hatten einen sehr schöne Woche und haben es sehr genossen.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hat uns alles gezeigt und noch ein paar tolle Tips gegeben.
Gerne wieder.

Très charmante maison, confortable, très bien équipée, climatisée avec jardin et place de parking.
Emplacement idéal pour visiter Saint Paul de Vence, le vieux village de Villeneuve, ou pour accéder à toutes les merveilles autour.
Les baignades dans la rivière, à quelques kilomètres plus haut, sont des plus plaisantes, surtout lorsqu'il faut 30° ou plus.
