Mediocre and worn, though welcomingly cheap and friendly

We stayed one night here after arriving at Nice Airport. It is convenient for the Cote d'Azur, just off the highway. The staff waited late for our arrival, and were friendly. Air conditioning was welcome. The shower was good and hot. Despite its shortcomings, it is very difficult to find a cheap place in this part of the world, and so I am grateful for this place, and I would be happy to stay again if I had a similar situation.

The place is quite run down, and does not seem to be updated recently. The room is small, and the bed quite uncomfortable. There is some noise from the road

Comfortable and friendly place to stay!

The hosts were incredibly accommodating. We had to drop off our bags much earlier than check in, and they held them without a problem and even had them waiting in our rooms when we got back from traveling for the day. They also helped us navigate the little town they were in to get inexpensive transit to the train - and recommended local apps to book cheap taxis. Their lot is full of unused things that they’ve collected over the years, and the gardening was so beautiful (we stayed at the end of May). Their rooms were clean and comfortable, and the showers were hot. We didn’t end up staying for breakfast because we had to wake up early to head to the airport. I’d recommend this Place to anyone wanting a very affordable, homey place to stay.

Lovely, peaceful stay!

Lovely, quiet place. Few minutes walk from the village of Villenueve-Loubet, where we had a delicious dinner & peaceful breakfast, at O Visconte Restaurante. by The Loup river. Friendly staff. Play area for children & hutch with 3 rabbits.

Terrific hosts poor facility

Apparently there are 2 parts to this place The new and the old The old where we stayed is very cramped decor is tired Lots of stuff lying around outside We did get room service each day The hosts were very friendly Value for money NO Internet frequently dropped out The exit onto the road from the car park was dangerous due to poor vision heavy traffic

J'y ai déjà séjourné plusieurs fois les années passées, j'ai retrouvé le même plaisir.

Le site entre mer et village provençal, l'accueil et la disponibilité, la propreté. J'ai eu plaisir d'y revenir pour une nouvelle fois. Possibilité de se déplacer en vélo dans les alentours grâce aux nombreuses pistes cyclables .

Ne pas être trop exigeant

L'accueil sympathique des hôtes. Môtel plutôt qu'hôtel et donc chambres indépendantes à l'extérieur. L'emplacement à 5 minutes à pied du vieux village et des commerces et à 10 minutes en voiture du bord de mer et des plages.

L'hôtel est dans son jus depuis plusieurs années, il serait complètement à rénover et moderniser (intérieur comme extérieur) l'ensemble en vaudrait vraiment le coup car il y a du potentiel... c'est dommage ! Chambre vieillotte, qui sent l'humidité, confort minimum, wifi uniquement dans les parties communes que nous n'avons pas testées. En bord de route donc un peu bruyant. Nous avions réservé cet hôtel en toute connaissance de cause (nous habitions le village auparavant) et c''est uniquement pour l'emplacement et le prix que nous l'avons choisi mais il reste quand même cher pour le type de prestation.

De kamer was netjes. De uitbater gaat de zaak overlaten aan zijn zoon, er zijn werken nodig...

Kamer was netjes zonder meer, parking voorzien.

Ligging is aan een drukke baan, ontbijt was heel sumier maar de hotel uitbaater deed zijn best.

Bon endroit pour une étape pendant une visite de la côte d'azur.

En se déplaçant en voiture, nous avons apprécié la disponibilité d'un parking gratuit. Notre chambre était au calme, sur la partie opposé à la route. La climatisation marchait bien. Proche à pieds du centre ville du charmant village de Villeneuve-Loubet. Pas loin en voiture (12 min) de Saint-Paul-de-Vence et de la fondation Maeght.

Nous étions perturbés par un bruit récurrent, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de nous endormir.
