The hotel smells like cigarettes and dogs, very run down, best avoided.

The location

The hotel is in poor condition, everything seems dirty, including the pool area and lobby. The hallways smell of cigarettes and dogs, our room was very dirty, we spent as little time as possible in the room and felt the kitchen and utensils were too dirty for cooking. The wifi did not function.

Good choice for a family, but you need a car to get somewhere.

The stuff was friendly. The Appartement is even though not big but well organised. The AC works really good and easy to operate. There was a nice balcony. Good kitchen. The parking is free and well planned, always possible to find a space. The pool is really good and chases are nice and enough. Sea beach is very close and quite nice, not crowded, pebbles are mixed with some sand areas, so it‘s okay to swim without shoes.

The location is a little far away from tourist activities, there‘s some restaurants, but the beach is wild and no cafes in area. Too far to supermarket by foot. So either you need to come by car or to rent it (as I decided after a day). Regarding the apartment, there is strange situation with consumables: we were given 1 toilet paper, 2 minuscule bars of soap, for six people for week. When asked for more, we were told it‘s up to us to buy everything. It‘s just stupid that such elementary things are not provided and I should bother to buy toilet paper and soap.

Not for us

Our stay was very short so cannot comment for long stay holiday makers, so we didn’t use the kitchenette or the building facilities. However, the fact that the air condition is central and that you can’t change the temperature is a big downside as the weather was very hot. We also didn’t like the condition and the smell in the building.

It was ok for the price!

The size of the apartment was decent, the price was ok, and we picket it because it had a pool.

The couch was not very comfortable to sleep on. We got 1 roll of toilet paper for a 6 day stay, had to keep asking for more and we were given 1 roll at a time. The WIFI did not work well in the bedroom. We kept having to go to the living room to make it stop buffering. The reception desk was only open short hours. They change the code to the front gate on a specific day of the week and didn't tell us, thankfully we got back in time while the desk was still open to let us in. quite far from Nice and even further farther from old Nice and just outside of the pick up radius for all the day trips we had planned. It was ok but I wouldn't stay again.

Pleasant area with Beach and small villages

The apartment was big with 2 Bedrooms. First bedroom was having big comfy bed. Other bedroom is having bunk bed. There were two sofa bed not so comfortable but ok. Good kitchen with enough utensils. When we arrived, the reception was closed (around 9.00 pm) but the arriving instruction was shared with advance hence we did not have any issue. There was a security guard as well at that time. There are multiple entry gate for apartment and google shows the wrong one. There is one from main road and quite near to Bus stop 620. The CAP3000 Mall is very big and around 1.5 km from apartment and you can walk though the Beach area. A number of restaurants on beach line. On a sunny day you can walk towards Cagnes Sur Mar. Nice and sweet road shops. Cros De Cagnes train station is not very far (1.5 km by walk)

I will say that the location was quiet and not very near to shops and public transport. Any good shopping market is more than 1 km far. Also public transport is a small problem for example, to go Nice city center or airport, you will need to change two bus. There is no direct connectivity until you walk more that 1.5 km. If you have your own Car, I think it is better.

The staff were very cooperative and it was clean but the lighting in the passage’s needs to take care

The deposit is still not returned as promised. It is more than 2 weeks while they promised to transfer within 2 days. The room was described as enough for 4 persons, actually it had 2 beds for children and sofa as double bed. It is misleading to say 4 people without details.

I tried not to have that place ruining my vacations but I was happy to leave to another hotel.

The place is very dirty. There was shit stuck to the toilet seat in the bathroom. The cleaning lady was gone so they gave me another room for the night. In the morning after the cleaning lady clean the bathroom, I came back to the room. On the kitchen counters there were bugs and also in the bathroom. I request another room. The next room also had bugs, the furniture were rundown in both rooms, the kitchen chairs had food or something else glue on the back and the list is too long to say but this place is dirty and need paint and deep cleaning. The location is not good either. If you have a car maybe it is okay but if you don't, you need to walk 3km. to get to the grocery store at the mall. The grocery store that they describe in the add is just a convenience store with hardly anything and it is also expensive. Now if you take the train to go somewhere you have to take the bus to get there or walk on an ugly road for several kms. When you asked something at the reception they never know. You better google it, it would be much better for you. In clear this place is to avoid at all cost.

I think the only - for this property would be the smell . I am not sure if they gave us a room for smokers or if you can smoke in the location , anyway when we got in the room there was an intense smell of cigarettes . So the cleaning can definitely be improved.

Great place for families.

The location was good but need to use trains or buses if you don't drive there. Lots around, able to walk to the shops. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Lots of facilities at the hotel.

The hotel was a little run down and could do with a bit of a facelift, the rooms were a little tatty in places and the outside could have done with a bit of cleaning and paint. The train stations are a bit of a walk with young kids to bear in mind.

Location is great if you want to be close to the beach.

The place wasn’t cleaned Properly. The floor was sticky, the dishes, cutleries also. We found hair on the duvels and pillows. Also in the bathtub. At least the sheets and covers were fresh and clean, but we had to apply them by ourselves. The entry code of the building changed in the meanwhile and no one informed us. We were Lucky enough that other guests let us in in the evening.
