AC worked, decent stocked kitchen, large balcony, cheapest thing out there but not worth it still.

The apartment was so dirty, the walls where stained and so filthy, the floor was dirty and the vents dusty. The electric tea kettle was covered in limescale from the hard water. Some of the sheets and towels were stained, and the blankets are never washed. The beds were uncomfortable, hard and lumpy and the bed squeaked when you moved. A big balcony that was good but the neighbors were cooking outside on their balcony so it smelled like grease and chick at night. The Wi-Fi did not work at all. The garage entrance was very small and you rsiked damaging the car where you entered or exited. The area is not good. Nothing to see or do. Do not stay here! Although it's cheap I feel like I did not get my money's worth. Better to spend a bit extra and have something where you can at least rest during you vacation.

The reception closes between 12:00 and 17:00 so they had us wait from 14:30 to 17:00 to be allowed in the room. This was unnecessary. When we reached the hotel at 20:00 (we went to the beach), the reception was closed (it opens 17:00-19:00, then closes) again but this time, they had sent us instructions on how to get inside the room. What was the problem of not doing that at 14:30?

If I need to find something positive about our stay I can only say that the surroundings were not too bad and it was good to have a parking space inside the property (although very uncomfortable due to a very small entrance).

The residence is very old and neglected. Probably too big for anyone to keep on top of it. The room was extremely small and nobody told us we would have 2 foldable single beds with cheap mattresses that are basically also your sofa for the whole stay. The building smelled terrible and the cleaning staff probably only used bleach to clean anything because you could smell it everywhere. Upon arrival to our "apartment" we felt very uncomfortable seeing the poor cleanliness. The pillows were yellow and smelled bad. The linens had wholes and stains in them. The wool duvets also had stains and you could tell that they were not washed after every checkout as they looked and felt so dirty. Before checkout you have to clean your apartment, fold your beds, reconstruct the sofa bed, take out the trash and bring your linens and towels to the laundry basket near reception. After all this maybe you have some time left to bring your luggages to your car in the only hour they give you to check-out (unless you prefer to wake up at 05:00, then you have plenty of time!). They only give you one toilet paper roll for your whole stay and no cleaning supplies or trash bags so you have to buy those for yourself. Honestly don't know how you could enjoy a vacation in this place. Definitely won't come back!!! Also check-in times are far too late (17:00-19:00) and check-in times are very early (09:00-10:00).
