It’s not that clean

Great location for the conference we were at, and for the tram to get into the centre. Great shower, well-equipped kitchen. Effective heating. The hosts accommodated our request to arrive early to deposit our luggage. Polite customer service. Good list of restaurant and sightseeing recommendations provided.

No cloths provided for washing up, wiping down worktops or drying dishes. The key fob for entering the building and using the lift was missing when we arrived and we were stuck in the apartment for almost 3 hours waiting for a replacement to be brought. This was not the host's fault, but we would have preferred to be told it would take that long and given the option to go out and return later.

Very clean appartment with everything you need inside. Big balcony but with access only from livingroom.

Lack of toiletries (except liquid soap). We had to buy some from the market and left it there for the next guests :). Appartment is a little bit small, but for 2 persons is ok. I would not recommend more than 2. Check is and check out hours are not very convenient, usually is 11-15 but in this case is 10-16. There is a construction yard in front of the balcony so noise will wake you up early in the morning.

Takaros kis lakás

A hetekkel előre lebeszélt időpontban érkeztünk, aznap is folyamatos kapcsolatttartás előzte meg az érkezésünket. Ehhez képest a liftben közölték, hogy a lakás nincs kitakarítva. Nem tudtuk időben elfoglalni, és amikor ezt ott szóvá tettem, még a takarítónőnek állt feljebb. Úgy gondolom, bármi közbejöhet, de a probléma kezelése nagyon sok kívánni valót hagy maga után.
