Super cozy and has more than enough facilities!

The location is perfectly situated, with everything you could need nearby: restaurants, cafés, and a shopping mall. All major tourist attractions are within easy reach, including the MVM Dome Arena. The accommodation conditions were excellent, and the apartment was quiet, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful building, spacious apartment with a balcony, excellent sleep. Simple, gray-toned but pleasant decor. Grocery store around the corner, lots of restaurants and cafes. Pleasant, lively neighborhood.

Poor housekeeping. Dirty. We found a woman's fingernail on the floor, glasses with unwashed red lipstick, and the towels smelled bad, likely having been stored in a damp place for a long time. The apartment needs some repairs. The lamp didn't work, and many items were cracked. The pillows and blankets were bad. I want to say that with a little attention from the owner, the apartment would be simply wonderful! It seems the apartment is just poorly maintained.

Das Badezimmer war sehr dreckig und nur sporadisch über Amateuren und Spiegel geputzt. Viel Staub, die Handtücher haben gestunken und könnten evtl. Schon benutzt gewesen sein, Klopapier nur 1 Rolle für 2 Personen, 3 Nächte…
