Location and size of the property excellent. Good parking at rear. Well equipped cottage. Excellent communication from the owner prior to arrival.
Lack of greenery / grass in the garden. Bin collection day that was detailed appeared to be incorrect - however neighbour took out the bin for us!

Lovely comfortable cottage, has everything you need, very clean & cosy. Ideally situated within walking distance to everything. You can see the sea from bedroom window. The owner left milk, tea, coffee and biscuits. We love Wells and look forward to coming back.
