Mold in Milan

I like the location as it was near the places I had to go, however that stree at night is deserted

I didn't like the building where the apt is located . The apartment had dangerous mold in a bedroom. I was coughing as I am allergic to dust and obviously mold.

We booked 3 apartments and all had issues with cleanliness .The showers were dirty and mouldy. There was damp around the electrics of the aircon unit and broken or unsafe electrics. There was only basic kitchen equipment and no tea towels for washing up. The cooker and dishwasher in one of them could not be used as there was nowhere to plug them in. One other did not have wifi for the entire duration of our stay. We advised the company of the main issues at the time but they were not resolved. We sent the photos and a complaint to them on our return but were advised that they would not address the issues as we hadn’t advised them whilst we were there, even though we have email evidence that we did. It was very expensive and none of the apartments were up to the standard we would expect at that price. Getting into the properties was difficult as we couldn’t access the portal to get the key code and when we phoned we were sent the codes by email . Being from the uk we didn’t have roaming on arrival and so had to find somewhere to get access to wifi. None of the apartments are numbered so it’s difficult to find each one as there are several entrances and lots of apartments with no identifying numbers.

The worst booking in my life! This is a scam - that's all you need to know about this accommodation. We were thrown out for money and haven't been refunded for 3 months. First they charged the same cleaning fee as the accommodation fee. And then they didn't answer our questions when we couldn't find the door code. Then they asked us to follow a link to another site and upload screenshots of our passports, take a selfie and pay extra. This is the first time I've encountered this! Be careful!

I rented two apartments, the smaller one have damaged mattress and the bigger apartment have a fridge creating a very high noice and sudden explosive sound, which wakes up us in the middle of the night.

Not worth it

The best thing about the apartment was the location.

The sheets weren't clean! There was no envelope for the quilt, the quilt itself was wrapped in two dirty bed sheets and was uncomfortable. The bathroom was very cold and we had shared a terrace with the people getting off the elevator. It was scary because you're on the couch with your back to the balcony door and the window and when you turn around you see people behind you peeking or looking at you. It was scary. We had to keep the blinds down all the time so the wouldn't look at us and therefore we were without natural light. The worst part is that after you pay first for the apartment it comes a moment that you have to register to a private email and to give your personal information to the host so that your reservation can be sure. They charge you aditional 50 euros which is not included in the price which you have already paid. It was not worth it. The location was good but all the other things combined just make you lose your vacation mood. Hope this will help others :)

Great accomodation and communicaton with the hosts, amazing location!

The location was great, very close to the Central station and to different metro lines. The communication with the host was very fast and very helpful, they really tried to resolve anything very quickly and efficiently. The apartment was super clean, very cozy and spacious. It had everything to make a stay in an unfamiliar city feel like home

Location, cleanliness. Great spot and very spacious. Less than 10 minutes walk to Centrale Milano so great as we caught the train in from Zurich.

Air conditioning didn't work and the temperature kept rising throughout the hot evenings. There were no toiletries in the bathroom - we had to dip out and get some.

1. Check in was very difficult. You have to fill out lengthy form online, upload your passport, take a selfie of yourself. First time I was ever required to do this! 2. Cleaning supplies in the toilet were not given. Not even a multipurpose cleaner was provided. We were only given 2 rolls toilet paper which is insufficient for a 6 day stay. 3. The clamp that held the shower head in place was broken. This made it difficult to take a shower. 4. Furnishings need updating.

Location is 10 mins walk to Milano Centrale, 4 mins walk to metro stations Gioa and Republicca. Very spacious and clean. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in/out.

Good solution for a couple of days in Milan. Be prepared for a challenging, last minute check in.

Code for the keys didn't arrive as announced at 3pm. We had to call the customer service to ask for the code. A number of other guests where in the same situation waiting in front of the main entrance. As some guests didn't speak Italian we had to call customer service for them. Very bad management of the check in process. Furthermore, address on the reservation email reported the apartment being located at n.12 while it was at n.8. Also for this, proper instructions arrived well after 3pm.

Location was good. Easy to walk to most things. Pretty quiet. Secure

Check in process. They don't give you information before travel so it's difficult since we didn't have internet to receive the info. When we called the number they had changed the address to the unit and there were 3 doors with the same number so it was very confusing to get into the apartment building. Specific details should be sent out upon payment and even a photo of the door might be nice since the numbers are the same to several doors. As well as the name to your apartment so you know which key to try and access.

在入住之前，不斷詢問能否先提供入住的方式，因爲身爲外國遊客，會遇上網路不通的問題。但是對方從頭到尾堅持在下午三點才發通知。然後當天就在極寒冷的冬天站了40分鐘，沒有收到任何告知如何進入住宿區的訊息。然後因為入住的不順利，在住了三天後被告知，請立即離開房間，因為入住時的問題，被booking.com給評斷退房。但是我們訂了將近18天的住宿，而且在入住第一天就請這間公司確認訂單是否正常執行，對方一切的回覆都是沒問題。然後就在第三天被要求離開，從頭到尾只能透過booking.com的訊息及後來給的email聯絡。沒有辦法電話溝通，連what’s app也沒有。這是我在米蘭住過最差勁的一家管理公司。如果你遠道而來，只求有一個安心住著的聚所，千萬別選這間。

El apartamento me ha sorprendido gratamente. La comunicación con la persona que lo gestiona ha sido muy buena, respondiendo rápido a todas las dudas que me surgieron antes del viaje. El ckeck in se puede hacer a cualquier hora,M de manera autónoma. El apartamento muy grande, limpio, recién reformado. Sin duda repetiría si volviera a Milán. Totalmente recomendable.

Allora .. ho uno dei appartamenti loro , quando sono arrivato non c’era riscaldamento e neanche acqua calda .. ho provado a chiedere se qualcuno poteva venire a controllare ma niente mi hanno fatto perdere una intera giornata aspettando um tecnico che non manco arrivato e sono dovuto rimanere dentro di questo appartamento facendo 14 gradi per 6 giorni e nessuno è venuto a mio incontro e non mi hanno voluto fare il rimborso !! Mancanza di rispetto con un cliente Pensano solo hai soldi e non ai clienti Tipici italiani

Não tinha pequeno almoço incluído. Foi um problema enorme que demorou 2 horas , à noite na rua e ao frio porque apesar de ter pago o apartamento com cartão de crédito, faltava pagar a taxa municipal e por isso não me facultavam o código de entrada para acessar à chave. Poderiam também debitar o mesmo cartão com esse valor e resolvia-se esta questão, gastei bateria do telemóvel por falar com a recepcionista, não tinha net e tive que ir 1.º a um restaurante pedir para carregar a bateria do telemóvel.

Appartamento che puzza di fumo in maniera nauseante nonostante sia per non fumatori. Una volta fatto presente, mi è stato risposto semplicemente che gli sembra strano dato che, appunto, è per non fumatori. Het vinden van het appartement in de straat was slecht duidelijk gemaakt. Er wordt aangegeven dat het appartement op no. 8 is. Maar de ingang is op no. 12 dit wordt slecht duidelijk gemaakt. De afstand tussen no 8 en 12 is zo groot dat je daar geen ingang verwacht. Vervolgens zijn er 2 huizen met 8 op de gevel.

ミラノの中央駅、地下鉄駅に近くどこに行くのも便利だった。また近くにスーパー、レストランが多数あり便利。

部屋内にあるWIFI通知が全く違ったものであった。最終的にルーター裏の表示を確認してWIFI使用できたが。尚この件についてはJoivyよりサポート得られなかった。その他事項についてはレスポンス早く非常に良かった。
