The lady at the reception was exceptional,I can't remember her name . The staff at d golf club were amazing. I enjoyed my game of golf,the course is amazing. Planning another trip soon

The food was good and the lake was pretty.
My apartment was not clean (dirty floors); the wifi did not work; despite being told there was an iron/ ironing board there was not; there was not hot water in the shower; the transport from the apartment was often very slow and it was a long walk to the lobby; I was given only 1 towel despite being in a 3 bedroom apartment; I couldn't find the safe.
