It’s beautiful, the welcome drink delivered by robot was a nice touch. Also the welcome fruit and fully stocked room of drinks and snacks. The bed was comfy and hotel is very lush. The staff are nice for the most part. Checked in to make sure I didn’t need anything.

The water could be hotter. I didn’t like that they don’t allow photos even outside when it appears to be set up for photos. I understand respecting other’s privacy, however no one was around and they still did not allow - only in the rooftop area. There was also some small maintenance that needed to be done. Knob falling off the balcony door, curtain unable to fully open.

Respectful and Professional staffs even with the no tip policy ! I think that’s really working out for them ! Felt strange for a Nigerian hotel but it was really nice ! Also, Anthony the restaurant supervisor is amazing! His mannerism and professionalism is top notch! A lady came in on a Sunday after 10am and they had parked up for breakfast that was supposed to be opened until 11am and she was furious . She was storming out very angry but Anthony wouldn’t let her! He pleaded with her until she was calm and made sure they made her a special breakfast with all she wanted including some fruit salad! It was an exceptional service I must say !

The gym had limited equipments and even what they had wasn’t functioning well. They had only two thread mill and one wasn’t working! Breakfast was limited ! Even though they say breakfast is 7-11am on Sundays they parked up at 10am !!! So anyone who comes in after 10am will not find any food ! I also saw some insects here and there which could be uncomfortable!

Firstly, I will state that the staff were lovely , extremely helpful and responsive to concerns or criticisms. They were on hand trying to ensure we had the best stay possible.

While looking from the outside in this appears to be a gorgeous hotel with what I would describe as maximalist interior decor. Once you start looking closer , things fall apart. There was a moldy , musty smell that permeates the whole hotel and greets you from the check in area. I think I figured out the problem, they have a damp issue with water dripping from the ceilings on certain spots on to thick carpet . They even have dehumidifiers in all the rooms to counteract the issue but I had to constantly call to remind them to empty the tank when it would stop working. My daughter used the spa and they had to move the table because she had water dripping on her head. Also for a hotel that is not yet 3 years old, there are very visible signs of wear and tear everywhere. The food was also mid . Overall, I spent 4 nights and never felt entirely comfortable there.
