I love the fact that they took their time to design the rooms. You can observe that they were intentional with their interior designs. My room was spacious. If they can overcome the maintenance issues usually associated with Nigerian facilities or hotels, it’s a facility I will keep using.

It took a while to make our rooms available to us when we arrived. I think because it is a new place, they don’t have enough staff. When we went to the restaurant for dinner, it was the cashier that attended to us instead of the waiter. Another issue was that the room before mine kept playing loud music and even when I complained to the receptionist, he said he couldn’t leave his desk to follow me to their room because he had no one to cover his desk. I had to go to the room To knock heavily on it before the music reduced.

The staff didn’t pay attention to my request to make the room on one occasion I also didn’t like the fact that the electricity went out and they had to manually switch to the generator.

The staff were very polite and professional. Great customer service at all levels!

The bed…a bit to hard. Some construction/renovation also going on made it a bit bit noisy. If it could not be done in the early mornings, that would be perfect.
