Gioma Apartment with Lake View

Amazing view from every window (and there are a lot) location is great in the middle of the town: 1 min walk to the lake with lots of restaurants, 2 min walk to shopping streets & sea, 10 min to closest beach, 15 minutes to our favourite beach (club) Amoodi (€30 for set of beds for the whole day) the area has the clearest water we’ve ever seen, 5 min walk from a car rental place LeanCars for €60 per day for bigger automatic car, 5 minutes from supermarket great host (owner of restaurant below with also great food and even more amazing staff.) who responds within 5 minutes and supplies you with anything you might ask (half way through our stay he also replaced the towels). He also helped carry our suitcases and waited with us for our taxi to arrive the last day. AND on our last day we were supposed to leave at 11 but because no one was checking in that day we could use it for the rest of the day. What a service, amazing. big spaces to hang out with your company and multiple floors so doesn’t feel crowded with multiple people Airco available in every space (like 5 or 6 in total and they work amazingly. It’s so cool after even 5 minutes) The washing machine was a big plus for us, drying rack and wash soap also supplied. There is also a dishwasher with dish soap elevator available for yourself or suitcases hot tub with great view of the city He also stocked the fridge with 1 bottle of rose, 1 bottle of white wine, 1 strong liquor and 2 water bottles (all free of charge). That was a great extra to start our day there. BBQ with everything you need to use it (except aluminium foil if you don’t want your meat to touch the bbq itself) I would recommend any one to stay here. Just wow. And thanks again to the host for everything. It was an amazing trip.

Very spacious apartment over three floors but fortunately there is a lift. Very comfortable beds. Fabulous views from the rooftop of the lake and the mountains across the bay to the south. Host provided a welcome pack of drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic, coffee pods, tea… Host was very responsive and helpful overall. The apartment is situated above their Gioma Meze restaurant which serves good food. Quiet location. A parking spot had been set aside for us so that we didn’t have to climb up the hill or the steep steps to the apartment with our suitcases.

It was difficult to open the living room/kitchen balcony doors. Two showers would be helpful if there were 3 couples staying. We were only three individuals and so we didn’t have a problem. Our only real quibble was that despite having booked a table at their restaurant below we found that we had been forgotten. Fortunately, and despite a thunderstorm, and after some insistence from us, we were eventually given a table, and importantly a table out of the rain! Why are there insufficient coat hangers? The air conditioning in the master bedroom was inconsistent in its effectiveness. No matter what temperature we set it to, it still blasted freezing air! Fortunately there was a duvet in the wardrobe.

Unreal views, responsive host, delicious restaurant adjacent, and close to everything in town.
