Apartamento Millón - Private roof terrace with Jacuzzi

Location, Spacious Lounge. Air con.

Every room apart from lounge looking very tired. One of the showers completely floods floor. Jacuzzi shabby, fittings falling off, jets only lasting about a minute before shutting off, cover of jacuzzi very old and the folding support spine badly rusting which ends up with flakes of rust in bottom of jacuzzi. Microwave needs replacing. Shower soap dispenser hanging on wall with double sided tape, which fell off crashing on bathroom floor after hitting side of bath at 5am startling us to wake and check apartment. Two windows and the balcony door unable to lock due to locking hooks of catching mechanism not aligned. Hence not feeling safe or secure, and despite of previous complaint of this it could be accessible via another apartment onto balcony. Street noise .

Lots of space and outdoor areas. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet location with easy access to town and beach. Responsive service from property management company

Would not want to carry food etc up the spiral staircase to use the terrace to full potential

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apartments Millon in Nerja. The two-bedroom, two-bath apartment was beautifully furnished, exceptionally comfortable, and felt very much like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The main-level terrace offered lovely views of the Mediterranean and was a wonderful place to relax. The apartment also featured a private rooftop terrace accessed by an interior spiral staircase. The rooftop included a hot tub, dining table, and BBQ grill with spectacular views. Unfortunately, there was only one chaise lounge, and the spiral staircase was a bit challenging for us, so we only ventured up once and never used the grill. Had the rooftop been easier for us to access, we would have spent much more time there. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking, and we were especially impressed by all the thoughtful extras provided by the owner, including a grocery trolley, sewing kit, first aid kit, and many other small touches that made our stay more convenient and comfortable. The landlord was also extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The location was excellent. We were within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping, beaches, and the Balcón de Europa. In fact, I was even able to get my nails done directly across the street. Once we parked the car, we found that most of what we wanted to do in Nerja was easily accessible on foot. The only significant drawback was the lack of dedicated parking. We were fortunate to find a parking space directly in front of the building when we arrived, but afterward we were reluctant to move the car for fear of not finding another spot. As a result, we didn’t explore as much of the surrounding coastline as we had planned and instead relied on taxis for trips such as our visit to Frigiliana. Overall, this is a beautiful, well-appointed apartment in a fantastic location, with an attentive host and many thoughtful amenities.

I’d rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars—the apartment itself is excellent, but the parking situation is something future guests with a car should consider.
