사실 알고 예약한 것은 아니지만 Montale-Agiliana역에서 어마어마하게 가까워서 Firenze에서 올 땐 50 m 정도 걸으면 숙소까지 올 수 있음. 초 역세권 숙소. 원래 차를 이용하고 버스등을 통해 ZTL 안에 있는 관광지등을 보려 했으나 그냥 REG 열차를 전부 이용하게 됨. 아무래도 Firenze-SMN역이 주요 지역에 가까웠기 때문에. 시설은 청결하며 가족들이 이용하기 좋은 숙소라 생각되네요. 가격도 괜찮은 편이었던 것 같고요. 체크인은 온라인 키로 되는데, 미리 신호 좋은 곳에서 활성화 시키고 가면 좋을 듯 합니다. 로밍이라 그런지 처음에 약간 오래 걸렸습니다.
주차 가능 옵션이라 하여 이 부분 생각하고 잡은 숙소인데, 막상 전용 주차장이 있는 것은 아녔습니다. 집 앞에 흰선 안에 주차하면 되지만, 보통 자리 없습니다. 나중에 알았는데, 숙소 진입하는 도로 쭉따라서 200~300m 쯤 가면 넓은 데 있습니다.

Apartamento amplio y moderno con grandes habitaciónes y gran cocina, la terraza anexa muy comoda y acogedora para desayunar o comer en ella. Baño también amplio con bidé incluido, agua caliente sin problemas aunque algo falta de presión en los grifos. Bien comunicado al tener la estación de tren al lado, en unos 30 minutos estas en Florencia centro. Buena ubicación si tienes vehículo para moverte conocer la Toscana. Facilidad para aparcar el vehículo excepto en la llegada de los trenes.
Echamos en falta una lavadora ya que en 7 días es necesario lavar algo de ropa. En general muy tranquilo aunque al estar al lado de la estación, en las horas punta hay algo de ruido y mucho tráfico para dejar y recoger a los pasajeros. También se escuchan las persianas de los negocios que hay debajo al abrir por la mañana pero en general es muy tranquilo.

La posizione ottimale per chi si muove con i mezzi, la casa accogliente e con tutti i confort
Forse se devo fare un appunto lo farei sul bagno. La doccia si potrebbe migliorare. Ma davvero una cosa irrisoria del resto tutto perfetto
