Guests can relax in the private garden, enjoy al fresco dining with a barbecue, or take a dip in the shared swimming pool (open May–September) and bubble bath. The property also features table tennis and table football, with nearby opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, tennis, and golf.

Located 12 km from Pistoia and 20 km from Vinci, the farmhouse provides easy access to Tuscany’s artistic and historic treasures, with Florence and Pisa within day-trip distance.
