A second bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet adds convenience, and air conditioning on this floor keeps the sleeping areas cool in summer. Outdoors, the property truly shines. A wonderful private garden surrounds the home, offering plenty of space to relax, read or enjoy the sunshine.
