It could be improved

the position of the apartment. the furniture of the apartment. the quietness of the district

the apartment was cold. it was in -1 floor. the apartment needed some small renovation. the were almost no pots to cook with. there was no microwave and only a small electric oven

Not a very pleasant stay

The appartment was in the neighborhood we wanted. There were enough beds for 4 persons to sleep and it was ok for one night.

The night we arrived, the room was cold and there was a damp smell. We couldn't turn on the heating. There were not enough towels for everybody (2 adults + 2 children). Some of the plates I took to use from the cabinet weren't clean.

we kwamen in de avond. wij waren 4 mannen met een donkere huidskleur. toen we kwamen was er iemand boven de die erg lang naar ons keek. vermoedelijk heeft had hij ons ook op camara.

Weekend ideale a Bruxelles.

L’appartamento ha tutto il necessario. Ottimo per 3/4 persone. La posizione è ideale in quanto vicina alla metro, e si arriva in centro in 15/20 minuti. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo.

Séjour inconfortable à cause de l’humidité

Très déçu par ce logement. Le sous-sol présente un taux d’humidité très élevé, avec des odeurs désagréables et de la moisissure visible. Ces conditions ne correspondent pas à une location acceptable.

Le couchage très confortable.

Entre les photos de l'annonce et la réalité,rien à voir, terrasse pleine de mauvais herbes, fauteuils défoncés les murs de l'appartement aurait besoins d'être rafraîchis, poubelles salle de bain cassée, les prises mal fixées, lunette des toilettes pas fixé, atmosphère très humide, odeurs de tabac froid, cafetière qui fuit, équipements cuisine aux minimum, en aucun cas je ne recommanderai cet appartement,très déçu.

Notre très court séjour a été agréable. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin.

Dobre miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt w Brukseli

Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja, w bardzo zielonej, spokojnej okolicy. Do metra 5 minut piechotą, tak samo do centrum handlowego, do piekarni - 2 minuty. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie - na dobę przed pobytem dostaliśmy kody do drzwi. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, szybko odpisał na zapytanie, rozwiązał problem. Wygląd pomieszczeń zgodnie z opisem, kawa do ekspresu w wystarczającej ilości, lodówka i kuchenka sprawna, zawsze ciepła woda w łazience i kuchni. Bardzo korzystna cena, w takich warunkach i takiej okolicy nie znalazłem nic nawet zbliżonego cenowo, a jeśli cena była podobna, to warunki były fatalne. Byliśmy 4 noce i polecam szczerze.

W kuchni jeden garnek na indukcję, jedna patelnia nie działała - płyta jej nie rozpoznawała. Jak ktoś chce więcej gotować, to musi to wziąć pod uwagę. W mieszkaniu jest wilgotno, co wynika z jego położenia - poziom - 1, trzeba dogrzewać (byłem w kwietniu), bo inaczej jest jak nad morzem - wilgotne ubrania i ręczniki. Da się przeżyć na kilka dni, na dłużej może być to uciążliwe. Taras nie spełnia norm - był brudny, z niedopałkami papierosów, a meble nie nadawały się do użytku. Może na lato będzie gotowy.

Ok per un breve periodo

Locale luminoso e vicino a diverse fermate del bus/tram e centro commerciale; arredato con tutto quello che serve

Accesso scomodo, bisogna scendere nel seminterrato da delle scale ripide, ero con una bambina di 5 anni e mia mamma cieca, non è stato affatto agevole, considerando anche i bagagli al seguito, chi viaggia con passeggini o persone con ridotta mobilità ne tenga conto (non accessibile con sedie a rotelle ad esempio); c'è un bel praticello fuori, ma è tenuto proprio male, anche i mobili erano sporchi e quindi inutilizzabili (non aveva piovuto in quel giorno, quindi vuol dire che non erano semplicemente stati puliti); i tendoni non creano buio totale e filtra molta luce al mattino; il proprietario ci mette un po' a rispondere, non scrive in inglese e non risponde a tutte le domande.

Très bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits, literie très confortable !! bien dormi malgré les glouglous radiateurs

Proximité avec le centre culturel du Joli Bois, où nous avions un concert; proximité métro Facilité d'accès avec les codes pour les 2 portes Lit fait et serviettes fournies Literie très confortable IL faisait bon dans le logement à notre arrivée (-2 degrés dehors) Cafetière Senseo (dosettes dispo, mais nous avions pris les nôtres)

*La lunette des toilettes était par terre à notre arrivée, j'ai dû la revisser moi-même. *Les radiateurs glougloutent sans arrêt et fortement (besoin d'une petite purge) *Il faut savoir qu'on entend légèrement le bruit du métro souterrain, ainsi que le claquement permanent de ce qui nous a semblé être une pompe (pompe de relevage ?) * Le locataire précédent a oublié son caleçon sale, qui s'était glissé entre le mur et le banc dans l'entrée !

Quartier calme mais des améliorations à prévoir

Nous avons aimé le quartier, la décoration, le confort du lit.

Nous n'avons pas aimé la température de la douche difficile à régler, des déchets présents près de la porte d'entrée, la porte de la cuisine impossible à verrouiller. Pas de mouchoirs ou d'essuie-tout.
