La cercanía al centro, la plaza de garaje y la atención del personal para atender tus necesidades o dudas (fueron flexibles con el horario para sacar el coche). la comodidad y limpieza del apartamento (además de que teníamos lo necesario para ducha, limpieza e incluso un detalle para el desayuno)
La operativa para recoger las llaves está bien, pero si vas en coche tienes que buscar un espacio para aparcar y recogerlas del cajetín, y no es tan sencillo como parece, pero al menos tiene parking cerca del centro.. Algún mobiliario se ha quedado desfasado y uno de los trapos de limpieza había llegado al fin de su vida útil

Great location close to the center. The host was responsive to our requests. Everything was very clean except for dirt on the pots and dishes left by prior guests. Shower was roomy and had good pressure.
The kitchen is small and not well suited for making meals. There’s a small refrigerator and many of the things we put in it froze overnight. There’s no dishwasher or oven. Luckily the city has many excellent restaurants very close by, so there’s no need to cook.

Ubicación inmejorable. A 5 escasos minutos caminando de gascona.
Piso acogedor. Buena temperatura a pesar del frío exterior.
Los dueños siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades. El parking está muy cerca del edificio.
Si vuelvo a Oviedo, sin duda volvería a cogerlo.
Por poner algo… mejoraría el wifi.
