The location was great! Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby right in the heart of Oviedo. The apartment was spacious, had a nice kitchen that was well stocked and the bathroom had a hot shower. There was a fantastic window that brought lots of light into the apartment.
It was stated in other comments as well: cleaning has to be improved for the bedding and fabrics in the apartment. The couch did not look clean and should be vacuumed regularly. The bed did not have a mattress protector on it and there was no fitted sheet on the bed. This meant that with just a little movement, the sheet would come off and expose your skin to the mattress. The blanket was also dirty. You can't just change the sheets and then the bed is clean. The duvet also has to be cleaned and changed with every new guest. It would be a good idea to buy duvets and then have duvet covers that can be washed.

I had a lovely stay at Apartantiguo Altamirano 13! The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly located — close to everything yet peaceful. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook and feel at home during my stay.
What truly stood out was the host, Cesar, who was very responsive and helpful. He replied quickly to every message and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Oviedo — great amenities, ideal location, and an excellent host!

Great location
We took the last vacancy - the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed However, the windows were not at eye level- not exactly a room with a view! We got used to it but if we went again we would take another unit with proper windows and happily pay more.
