La ubicación y que está remodelado.
La limpieza inicial no era la ideal, solo cambian toallas y sábanas cada 14 días, había varios detalles por arreglar.
La comunicación para recibir ayuda no fue nada buena. Y enviaban mucha información que no correspondía a nuestra estancia.

The apartment is conveniently located within a walking distance to the city center (20 mins). It is brand new, very cosy and surprisingly warm even without turning on the heating, it seems to be very well insulated. Beds are confortable, and the building is noise free. A huge bonus is the parking space in the building, accesible with the elevator.
Cleanliness needs to improve dramatically: hair in the floors and the shower, dust in many areas, freezer dirty, all the dirt left in the broom... I did not complaint while in the flat because we stayed only two nights and didn´t want the hassle of raising a complaint a so on. Getting into the building and flat was not straight forward, but after contacting customer service we solve it. It seems the flat belongs to a corporation managing acommodation for several properties, so you don´t have a to go person nearby. Blind in on the bedrooms was a bit broken as well as some slats in one of the bed frames in the second room. Moreover, when you expand the extra mattress in the second bedroom, there is no room for walking around.

pues nos encantó todo, el parking es un lujo en Oviedo, super acogedor, tiene de todo, las camas muy cómodas, de todo por los alrededores, repetiría y además lo recomendaría a todo el mundo, pueden dormir perfectamente 5 personas
Por poner algún pero las almohadas para mí gusto un poco blandas pero es algo insignificante con lo que ofrece el apartamento

Квартира была уютной, чистой и с хорошим расположением. И самое главное это подземная парковка.
Диван. Он был очень неудобным. Постоянно съезжали подушки.
