Old Town Retreat Studio 9

The apartment was very good, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. However, finding the apartment was unfortunately a real challenge. It took us almost an hour to find the entrance, even with the help of local people. The building has two entrances, and the address leads you to the back gate, while the actual entrance is on the opposite side. This was very confusing. I also think the check-in instructions could be improved. The host kindly contacted us by email with some information, but the access codes were only sent through the Booking.com message thread. Since the communication had already started by email, it would have been much easier if the codes had also been included there or highlighted more clearly. Adding a few photos of the correct entrance and explaining that the address points to the rear of the building would make the check-in process much easier for future guests. Apart from that, everything else was great, and we had a very pleasant stay.

the apartment is on the fourth floor, there is no lift, and the staircase is very narrow and quite steep. It wasn't a problem for us, but guests with heavy luggage or reduced mobility should be aware of this.

fab location ! easy to find, access was easy too. Stairs up are steep and winding but fine with small case or backpack! Comfortable and roomy, nice light and open room! View from room was nice- and has all the amenities you you’ll need for a few days, kitchen stocked and air con was great.
