Есть отдельная кухня.
Новый удобный матрас.
Есть завтраки
Довольно старый ремонт, в санузле пахнет канализацией.

Great host, authenthic and overall pleasant. On a hill but relatively close to city centre, just on the other side of the river. About 25-30 mins from city centre by foot, and 10 min by taxi (recommended).
Rooms aren't quite spacious, so there is no place to leave your clothes, just a couple of hangers. Shower cabin is leaking all over, so the smell of mold can quickly spread across room if you don't keep your doors closed. Also, value for money is not that great, since its around 60 euros for night.
