Loved being in the historic section of town!
Being in the historic section it had some quirks but it was all manageable.

The host its amazing and always available. We had no problem at all. The apartment its at great location and the neighbouring cities are all connected with a ferry. Since Lake Como gets crowded bellano its perfect because its not one of the main villages but still close enough.

Beautifully decorated and quirky property, quiet location close to the lake front. Fantastic value day ticket (18 Euros) on central lake ferries, covering Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio, Lenno etc.
Hard to find initially, up a side turning, lots of information supplied by the host, but street directions would be helpful. Unfortunately the bed was uncomfortable which let the whole property down.
