The location was great. The staff/owner spoke to us over WhatsApp, and was very responsive to our requests to improve the aircon etc.

The aircon wasn’t very effective the first night and the temperature stayed an uncomfortably hot 28/29 degrees in the apartment and rooms overnight, and stayed warm and stuffy in the day the whole time we were there. There is no aircon unit in the living room where the 3rd bed is (sofa bed), so that room was even worse/hotter. Basically, the aircon unit that is there is not strong enough or placed correctly to cool the whole place. The owners/hosts did bring us a pilar fan and got an engineer to check the aircon unit, but sadly couldn’t improve its performance. There was an egg tray in the freezer instead of ice cube trays, but the owners/hosts replaced that very quickly once we asked. Also, if you need the 3rd bed (sofa bed) made up you need to request it in advance, as it wasn’t set up for us when we arrived.
