Posizione molto centrale, pulizie fatte molto bene, stanza ben curata, accessori presenti: caffettiera, phon, saponi, kit notte, ciabatte, salviette, asciugamani, aria condizionata funzionante.

I materassi dei 2 letti presentavano deformazioni a cucchiaio, molto scomodi. Molto rumoroso perché è posizionato in un livello sotto al livello della strada e il tram passa a 20 metri e quindi risulta essere molto rumoroso.

We liked the area. Everything we needed was walking distance. The place was beautiful and clean. The little details were amazing (toothbrush, paste, slippers, shower cap, shampoo and conditioner, refrigirator, coffee maker) Bed was comfortable. Shower was amazing. Like others review say, it was a little noisy because of the train, however, that type of noice did not bother us. The place feels pretty safe!

The air conditioning was horrible. This week the climate was 38 (100 °F and it was feeling as 104°) The temperature in the room was set to never go lower than 24° plus the air conditioning kept turning off. We had to take a couple of showers during the night. We asked to see if there was a way that they could put it lower, but they said that they couldn't, and that that was the set temperature. I believe that the property should provide a fan or have a ceiling fan for this type of climate. If you go during fall and winter, you will not have this issue. This situation made it very uncomfortable. We were trying to have cooling brakes while we walked around since in this area not many stores nor restaurants have air conditioning, and our room could not be used as a safe haven.

Stanza piccola, ma pulita e per dormire solo c'era tutto il necessario.

Assistenza poco celere in fase di supporto e, inoltre, assenza della possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in loco per qualche ora, sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out. Un servizio che, a mio parere, dovrebbe essere garantito. È veramente una mancanza non di poco conto per chi viaggia.
