Our host Louis was terrific, very helpful and accessible with detailed info on the apartment. Very safe, quiet neighborhood location. The apartment was very roomy and was perfect for our family of 5. Living Room TV was loaded with online apps, so plenty of options for watching TV. Loved having a balcony with table and chairs to dine outside. Washing machine came in handy. Kitchen was fully supplied, plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans and cleaning supplies. Louis even had a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. The Metro (subway) station is a short 5-minute walk away, although it is the last stop on the B-Line. Last stop works good when you're going toward the center of Rome because the train is empty and you can find a seat and ride comfortably before the crowds jam the train. All in all, we loved staying here and will do it again if/when we return!

The front door to the apartment has a tricky lock. Took us a day to figure it out and with Louis's help via video-call we got it done. Also, the elevator in the building, like most in Italy, is basically the size of a phone booth. You are on the 5th floor so there's a fair amount of stairs if you don't use the "lift". The only other downside was how tight things are in the shower, even if you are small in stature. Otherwise Louis's apartment was a great choice.

It’s location and how well it was equipped, it’s also very spacey, enough for group of 4-5 people

From a smell of the interior, we could feel that is wasn’t used for a long time. We had to open all the windows for few hours to get rid of the smell.

Notre séjour c’est très bien passé ! L’appartement a été très propre , très lumineux et spacieux , très bien placé au calme , dans les chants des oiseaux. Le propriétaire très sympa , souriant , agréable et il connaissait parfaitement la langue français. Merci infiniment pour votre accueil !

Locația a fost excelenta. Era intr-o zona liniștită, curata și aproape de mijloace de transport și alte facilități. Era amenajata cu bun gust și păstra un stil vintage elegant.

A fost cam frig in locație. Am încercat sa creștem temperatura însă era automatizat și revenea la 19 grade C.
