Ostiense 353 Apartment by RS

The property is quite large and modern. It benefits from a lot of sunlight (though this is easily manageable using the shutters and curtains in the building) and we found it very clean on arrival. We had no issues with water (it’s safe to drink and the debit of the showers and sinks is very good) and electrical systems and generally had almost no issue at all. The host was also quite cooperative and seems well-versed in English.

There were a few communication issues with the host but alas we overcame them, as well as a few minor issues at the property but we didn’t mind them ultimately. Probably the biggest issue is that the location is not very close to any major monument besides the Basilica of St. Paul and the Piramide, which means you will have to take the metro or the (very unreliable) busses to the Vatican, Roman Forum/Colosseo etc.

Apartament zgodny z opisem, zdjęcia całkowicie oddają standard mieszkania, miejsce parkingowe mieliśmy pod apartamentem, ale skorzystaliśmy z położonego w pobliżu parkingu, z którym swoją drogą wiąże się ciekawa historia :-) wszystko w mieszkaniu na wysokim poziome, klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu mieszkania znajdującego się na 6 piętrze z dostępną i sprawną windą UWAGA z windy jednocześnie mogą korzystać max 4 osoby ;-) To ważne żeby nie trzeba było wzywać sąsiadów :-))) Klucz elektroniczny co jest mega udogodnieniem, łazienki w każdej sypialni, kuchnia salon do wieczornych spotkań z widokiem na miasto, do metra może ce 300 metrów dojazd do centrum opanowaliśmy bez problemu. Jeśli wrócimy do Rymu to właśnie tu :-) Miła pani dozorca, którą pozdrawiamy i bardzo miły sąsiad :-)Sklep za rogiem dosłownie 3 min i jesteś z powrotem ze świeżymi bułkami na śniadanie :-)

Krásne priestory, metro bolo blízko aj obchod.

Chýbali tam poháre na víno. :(
