Diamantis Cove Villa on the beach

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Frühstücken auf der schönen großen Terrasse war herrlich oder am Nachmittag zum Frappé. Geräumig für 2 Personen. Nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg zum Strand und Tavernen Bäcker und Supermarkt. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor Haus.

Geschirrspüler hat nicht richtig funktioniert bzw. Geschirr wurde nicht richtig sauber. Musste man wie von Hand dran gehen. Platz um Toilette sehr eng. Gäste die größer als 185 cm sind haben Probleme mit Beine. Licht am Spiegel nur schwach Um frische Handtücher wurden nur nach Aufforderung gebracht. Seife und Küchenpapier wurden nicht aufgefüllt.Bettwäsche selbst gewaschen und Haus selbst gereinigt. Bad hätte in dieser Zeit (10 Nächte) mal geeinigt werden können. Leider kam die Anfrage, ob wir eine Reinigung wünschen am letzten Tag vom Betreiber😏. Zu wenig um die Gäste gekümmert.

Tasteful interior and well equipped. The view from the upstairs flat very beautiful, lots of space. Great lighting in the upstairs flat. Nice kitchen. Comfy. Very nice terrace to greet the morning sun.

I stayed at a different location due to unforseen construction but the communication worked well and I am sure that the accomodations of this owner are all very beautifully built and the rooms very nice. So. Not a "dislike", but just stating I was at the north beach (Orkos ) which was a very nice house as well.

Nice people. Location is good. Layout is quite spacious, although no doors on second/third room areas - open plan.

Misleading photos and description - sea view - there is no see view at all from this apartment. From the photos included on Booking.com I thought I was renting the property next door which has huge, multiple full sea views and massive garden leading down to the beach! Photos include a picture looking straight at this Other Property, and taken from the middle of its big garden. Whereas actually you are renting a property at the back, with no view. The kitchen is tired and not cleaned and prepared enough - not well equipped, poor selection of pots and pans, cutlery, glasses. Coffee machine and dishwasher not working properly, etc. Towels and sheets not white, grey from age and use. Sheets did not fit double bed properly, too small, loose and not comfortable. Note no cleaning/servicing of the apartment is included in the price during your stay. Bathroom is tiny, very tight. You have to squeeze around the toilet to get to the shower. At €2k/week this place is not good value, especially for 1 adult and two kids.
