It was very good, but would certainly benefit from either a bath or shower as part of the package If like ourselves, you've had a day trekking or site seeing, and given the ridiculously hot weather, a refreshing bath or shower would have been the difference between a good rating and exceptional. A little fridge connected to a solar panel on the roof would have kept the few bits of food reasonably fresh overnight. A sign leading from the road to the cabin would be useful, perhaps a repurposed paddle. It's very nice, but it could be exceptional with a few additional touches, I'd put the table and chairs out front under a veranda and have a couple of more comfortable armchairs in the cabin. These points are not negatives, so should not be interpreted as such, more observations, the only real dissapointment was the lack of a bath or shower, more so given how hot it was and after a trip trekking around skomer all day. My fault really should have read the small print. Lovely place in a lovely part of South Wales.

A lovely, peaceful place to stay.

Great place to stay. Very cosy and comfy. Lovely setting and countryside. Well appointed and equipped.

The toilet was unheated and there was no hot water. It was listed as a bathroom, but I should have checked the long list of facilities. There was no Bath or shower. Could be disappointing for a sweaty hiker or cyclist. We were ok on a one night stopover.

Pure magic!

The local milk and fresh eggs were so delicious, cooking outside and eating in the fresh air feeds the soul too! There were fresh herbs available and a great fire pit with solid equipment to use. The hut was cosy and comfortable, it had all the essentials, lovely grounds, lots of space, and great views. The owners went out of their way to make me feel welcome, they made sure I had everything I needed before, during, and even after my stay!
