The property was very bright and spacious and peacefully located at the very end of a pathway. Both kitchens were very well equipped with crockery and utensils etc. A small welcome pack was provided which was much appreciated. There is a small supermarket within walking distance for essentials. The beds were all very comfortable and bedding and towels of very good quality. The WiFi was good and the indoor living space was comfortable. The outdoor roof terrace was a great place to relax in the sun and enjoy the views. The addition of the downstairs apartment was great holidaying with 2 teenagers. We could all spread out. There is a washing machine in the downstairs apartment. The shared swimming pool was lovely, very large and surprisingly deep. There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance which are all good with very friendly staff. We would return to this property again.
The downstairs apartment had a funny odour, especially when we arrived. It did clear a bit with windows and the door open. It perhaps lacked ventilation.

Enjoyed sun in Villas 3 patios. Wi-Fi worked fine and TV also. We used 2 different showers. Not any hassel with keys. Via Real 78 Nerja is one of our most liked ❤️
