About this villa rental
This 3 bedroom casa is located on the north of Nerja, in the quiet area of urbanisation ‘El Algarrobo’. Just 20 minutes walk to the famous Burriana Beach. The property is built on 2 levels and is stylishly furnished to a high standard. It has its own private pool which has the sun all day. The patio is well furnished with 4 sun loungers, a four seat patio set and 6 seat dining table and chairs.. The lounge is very comfortable with modern sofas, satellite TV with all sports and film channels and CD player. There is an additional dining area with table and 4 chairs and a large fully fitted modern kitchen. The master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with a balcony overlooking the pool and terrace area. From here there are lovely sea and mountain views and the balcony also catches the late evening sun which sets over the mountains. The 2nd bedroom is quite spacious with a double bed and a small Juliet balcony. The third bedroom has two single beds and with bedside tables and a small chest of draws.

This was an ideal accommodation for our family trip to Nerja. We found having a private pool very useful in the hot afternoons!

Brilliant host. Very good communication. The property was in good order with a lovely terrace. Very nice updated kitchen. comfy sofas and large tv. upstairs is spacious and has a bath in the main bathroom which was great. Would we stay again? for sure. Some people might think its a bit to far from town but there are several walkways through the urbanisation which makes the walk down really quick, going back up in the heat of the day may be a challenge for some. But there are a few decent bars and restaurants on the urbanisation.. There is also a local bus that runs up and down and costs one euro..

We had a fantastic time at this property. Everything was exactly as stated in the advert. The private pool was great for relaxing and the property was extremely spacious inside and outside. The view from the upstairs balcony was amazing especially at night. The journey downhill to the beach and town was relatively easy if you have no mobility issues. We even did the return uphill journey on foot several times! Taxis were very easy to get and cost around 7 /8 euros from town. The local bus was also very convenient at 1 euro per person. All in all our holiday was very pleasant and John and Pat, the hosts were extremely helpful at all times.

We spent 1,5 weeks (4 adults and 2 older children) in this villa which is just as described. Wonderful outdoor area where you find both sun and shade together with a very nice pool. Contact with John was easy throughout the booking and stay. We walked down to Nerja center every evening for dinner and then took taxi back because it's very much uphill walking back (taxi is very cheap). Only item to improve are the air conditioner timers that can be set to max 2 hours which forced us to go up in the night few times to press the timer when it got to warm in the bedrooms.
