About this villa rental
This 3 bedroom villa in the Capistrano area of Nerja has one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, one bathroom and capacity for 6 guests.
The fully air-conditioned villa has a private pool and is set in an elevated, quiet, semi-rural location, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. The Capistrano development has its own restaurant, mini supermarket and bar within a few minutes' walk of the villa. There are wonderful, panoramic views from the villa of both the sea and the mountains.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Outside: Private swimming pool, patio furniture, fenced patio, barbecue, private parking area for 2 cars.
Inside: Air conditioning throughout (also heats in cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, safe, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels (languages: Spanish, English, French), stereo, DVD player, cot and high chair.
The pool at this villa is a generous size and measures 8 meters x 5 meters.
In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has one bathroom with shower cubicle and wc.
Every bedroom has its own air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night.
Villa Rosario is located 73 km from Malaga airport, 105 km from Granada airport, 250 meters from the local bus stop, 2 km from Nerja bus station, 550 meters from Capistrano mini supermarket, 900 meters from Mercadona supermarket, 2 km from beautiful Burriana Beach and restaurants, 2.5 km from the famous Balcon de Europa, 8.5 km from the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, 3.5 km from the famous Nerja Caves, 1 km from the Rio Chillar river with interesting treks along its course, 27 km from Aquavelis water park, 30 km from Baviera Golf course, 100 km from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada.

The patio, pool and garden are great, as is the view - splendid. The villa agent was also very helpful and always at hand. The villa itself is very compact and a bit cramped even with just 4 of us. Some simple improvements could be made, such as shelves by the sink for toiletries, same in the shower. The shower itself was also an experience - a frustrating one - you'll find out what I mean when you're there! Overall, we had a good stay and it was great to come back to the pool and some late afternoon sun after a day out exploring. (As an aside, the pool is 1.2m deep at its shallowest and isn't fenced, so if you travel with children who aren't good swimmers then this property isn't for you.)

Loved the outdoor space, gardens were well maintained and view from terrace was stunning. Service provided by agent was excellent. would happily stay again.

Been renting villas for the past 7 years and this is the best one we have ever stayed in. If you have never been to Nerja you are missing out. The pool is amazing and it entertained the whole family for the 2 weeks. Massive Mercadona Supermarket less than a 10 minute walk away and the town is 20-25 minutes. The photos don't do this place justice and it's bigger than you think. Amazing views of Nerja from the patio and it's lovely at night with all the bright lights. What's equally as amazing is the customer service we got from Spainsunrentals. In fact, we booked this villa as our experience with them last year was first class. They are available on WhatsApp night and day with any queries you might have and nothing is too much trouble. Listen to this for customer service...we left something behind at the Villa on our departure. I turned off my phone as we had a long stay at the airport and I wanted to save my battery. When I turned my phone back on I saw all these missed calls and a picture from Juan from Spainsunrentals of the item we left at the Villa. He had organised his business parter to get his Son to drive to a taxi and the taxi was on route to the airport to us with our item!!!! Who else does that!!! Will be booking with them again next year for sure. Fabulous Villa and 5 star service from Spainsunrentals Nothing. Just keep doin g what you are doing.
