Everything! Very clean, had every amenity we could ask for. Public beach access is right up the street. We got to watch see turtles hatching! Lots to do nearby. Went on the shelling adventure to Shell Key with Hubbard's Marina. Highly recommend! Really like the layout of the house. There are nice areas to gather and also places for everyone to go on their own if they want. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and scooters came in handy. We also rented a golf cart for further trips.. We enjoyed the paddleboards and kayak. The young adults liked all of the gaming options. We saw dolphins and manatee near the dock. Our stay was perfect and we already booked for next year!
The rain...which is obviously not in anyone's control. But we had plenty to do on rainy days.

The owners really thought of every single thing! There was so much to do! We spent an evening at John’s Pass and wished we would have just stayed at the house. Everything was amazing!
If there was one thing we could add, it would be a mango tree😀.
