Апартамента е реновиран наскоро, чист и спретнат, всичко е съвсем ново. Мебелите са удобни. Гледката е прекрасна. Има две тереси, от едната се наслаждаваш на акведукта и крепостта, а от другата на целия залив. Локацията е перфектна, апартамента се намира на не повече от 5 мин пешеходно разстояние от централната част, извън шумотевицата и е доста спокойно. Още по-близо има главна улица с голямо разнообразие от магазини и кафенета. Домакинът е изключително любезен, винаги е на линия и съдейства по всякакъв начин. Към апартамента има и парко място, което голямо удобство. То се намира на паркинг в непосредствена близост.
