Location is good, right in the centre of St Agnes and opposite the bakery. The kitchen was very good with everything provided that you could possibly wish for. Two bathrooms is a great bonus.

When we first arrived there was a smell of damp and a dehumidifier in the hallway. The double bed mattress is very soft. The towels need to be upgraded and be of a better quality.
