Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden, sauber und neu renoviert. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Es gibt einen Türcode, im Appartement ist dann aber auch ein Schlüssel verfügbar.

Sehr gepflegtes App. Ausstattung ausgezeichnet. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. ÖPNV um die Ecke.

Habe Biergläser vermisst und einen Besen mit Schaufel.

The apartment is modern and very hot so if you go on winter, cold will not be a problem and it has ceiling fans to help with heat. We had both code and key options to enter the apartment so it was practical.

The host was late in giving us the code to enter, even after I said in advance the expected arrival time. While we were waiting at the door we tried to call the number of the host but it turned up to be a company instead that wasn't available at the time (the code eventually came). The apartment is located on a distant suburb (~30 min. by public transport from the center) without many "locals" living there and nothing interesting to do on the surroundings. I wouldn't advise you to arrive later than 20:00 as the streets are quite desert and you may share the tram with some addicts. Even though we had the central heating always switched off, the air always felt warm and dry, like it was on. We had to sleep with the ceiling fan on. Also, the shades don't totally occlude the sun so we couldn't wake up late if we desired to. All summed up we do think that the property met the minimums and we didn't find anything absurdly negative. It's just that for the price we've paid we honestly expected WAY better...
