何と言っても、ファシリティーの充実度合いです。ペナンの他のコンドミニアムでは見たこともない、ボーリング施設や屋内プール、ゴルフシミュレーション(試打室)、サウナ、マッサージチェア室など1日中コンドミニアムの中で過ごせます。
眺望も、ガーニードライブ、アンダマン島を一望できます。 ユニットは6階ですが、それこそ最上階の36階にいつでも行けるので、そこからの昼夜の展望は絶景です。 最上階には屋内プールも付いてます。

何かあればオーナーに連絡することにより、すぐ対応していただけます。

Mycket rent och bekvämt. Perfekt läget med havsutsikt. Superbra med tiptop faciliteter. Kommer tillbaka på nästa besök. Landlord är hjälpsam.
Vi fick inte reda så mycket när det gäller faciliteter som finns på våning 36.

ファシリティが超絶すごいです！
ゴルフシミュレーションもしましたし、ボーリングもしましたし、屋外プールもそうですが36階の最上階にある屋内プールが最高です♪
プールに入らなくても36階からの昼夜の眺めが最高です。
部屋は8階ですが、部屋からの眺めもガーニードライブが一望でき、毎朝日の出が望めます。
駐車場も2台分確保されていて2台持ちには助かりました。
大家さんもLineを通じて、色々なリクエストに対応してくれました。 ありがとうございます😊

The facilities were great. Lifts were fast with great emphasis on privacy.
Banners stating 'Homestays are not allowed; violations will be penalised' were everywhere. Even the host specifically texted to remind us not to mention anything about homestays. Guards frequently patrolled the area with management staff. I felt like a guilty person — it was not a comfortable feeling. On the last day, when we asked the guards to open the gate since we had returned the access cards to the host, they even looked at us suspiciously.
