Cozy Room Gym Pool View Walk to Central Festival

This condo is in such a great location; just ten minutes drive from the old city and a short walk to Central Festival mall and right opposite 7-11. The host in incredibly kind, helpful and responsive. She organised help with my stuff for check in as well as checkout because I was on crutches from a knee injury. She also responded immediately to my requests for extra cleaning and a larger coffee mug and even checked on me via messaged after the earthquake tremor. The apartment is on the 4th floor and though small, is bright and has a great view from the bedroom overlooking the pool. The bed is so comfy and the decor gives a homely feel. The communal areas of the condo are so clean, beautiful gardens, a gym and the pool is amazing: so big and plenty of sun loungers that my friends could come and use also. A great place to stay for a week!

I would recommend this for a short stay, however with there being no extraction fan in the bathroom it gets very hot & sweaty. There is a small window from the bathroom that opens directly into the kitchen (other condos in this particular complex seem to have the same design) I find that highly unsanitary so couldn't live with it longer than the week I had. There are no fly screens on the window or balcony doors either, so not that easy to air out the small apartment. Ants were present in the kitchen even though I kept it spotless. As lovely as the homely touches were, I personally found the space a bit too cluttered with random trinkets/ornaments etc & it was obvious the cleaner hadn't done a proper deep clean in quite a while, however when I sent photos of the grimy areas, the owner responded immediately, having the cleaner come when I was out, even sending me pictures of the cleaned areas. This is not necessarily the owner's fault, but just differing ideas of what 'clean' means to whoever is hired to clean. There is a nice wardrobe, beauty table/mirror with drawer, desk & stool as well as a bedside table, however, I found there wasn't quite enough storage space if someone wanted to live here longer, so again, I recommend stays that are shorter than a week. Great little space for a shorter trip! ✨✨

Beautiful well-maintained territory, very green and clean. It's located on the 8th floor, so it offers a beautiful view of the entire territory and a large swimming pool. It's a bright room, a little small, but there's plenty of room. There is everything you need, a stove, a washing machine, a microwave oven. There is a large supermarket nearby. A fairly quiet area. I liked it, but it was far from the historical center.

Immediately check if the room is cleaned. When I checked in, I found that the bed linen was used and stale. The girl changed it, but for some reason she turned off the water in my bathroom. A very strange attitude towards the guests. It is located in a condo, an ordinary wooden door. Therefore, all the sounds from the corridor can be heard inside. It seems to me that someone deliberately slammed the door very loudly and for a long time in the middle of the night. It was the same every night, and I woke up all the time. It's not the owner's fault, it's a feature of the condo. But if you are a light sleeper, then this place is not suitable. There is also a lot of noise from children in the pool during the day.
