Isle View - Large Corner Balcony with Harbour Views

Lovely quiet area of Poole, with view of sea, sailing boats, islands and even Corfe Castle. Exceptionally clean, with everything you need. Only 10/15 mins flat walk to the Quay! 2 mins from Tesco Express. Really loved the place.

It was a pain having to collect keys from Quay Holidays office in Poole. If youre not a confident driver in a busy area or arrive after a long journey, it does add alot of stress to what should be a nice start to your holiday. I get that you need a fob to get into the underground car park and no where to put a key fob, but in all my years of self catering 3 times a year in cottages, apartments etc, ive never had this hassle. It unfortunately would put me off going back which is a shame cause it really is a lovely apartment. You also have to return the keys back to the offices!

Complicated access arrangements

Great location and beautiful views. Clean and spacious apartment.

Slightly complicated arrival process involving a visit to the high street office.

Location was excellent, and the place was too, fabulous views, and also had 2 parking places allocated. Access to a park with cafe and a small beachfront was a big bonus too. Town was only a 12 minute walk away and the Tesco Express only 2 minutes walk.

Confusion and lack of clarity over access / codes into the building for pedestrians, and also when exiting the site. The entry door for the main building had a touchpad that sometimes did not work (old and worn), which a site electrician informed us that he had trouble with it too. The pedestrian exit lock from the site also had issues in working due to age / wear and tear. In the flat, the bed was fitted with a very deep foam topper which caused the sheets to ruck up and dislodge and made the bed far too soft. Until we moved items from 2 shelves in a kitchen cupboard to other shelves, there was nowhere to put food (tins / packets etc).
