Very easy walk into town, very clean. Comfortable beds, lots of dish ware etc.
Only one entrance with a temperamental lock which could take a couple of minutes to open - not great if there was an emergency!

Bright and airy, spacious and comfortable, we liked the apartment and would be happy to return. The location is great for getting onto the main routes in the area. Plenty of hot water and the heating was quick to come through too.
Personal choice but I wouldn’t have blinds in a bedroom, allows too much light in, especially when there’s a street light right outside one of the rooms.
There were no free cupboards for food, but we just moved some items out while we were there to use for food.
We reported a broken dishwasher door which they came to fix as we were leaving, great service from the Quay Holidays team.

The apartment was very clean and spacious .The beds were really comfortable and a bonus that one bedroom had an ensuite.
We were concerned that there was no door to the stairs as we had our 2 year old granddaughter with us. There was also no instructions on how to use some of the facilities such as dishwasher and heating. The heating was set very high and although we kept turning it down it reverted to the setting. Parking was only for one so that was an issue

It was a lovely location and in easy reach of amenities. The beds were comfortable and clean linen and towels.
When I booked this I double checked parking which offered a numberd parking bay with further visitors permit as I needed for important physiotherapy I had to cancel because parking was so restricted and I asked Quay hotels for this and they had told me the visitors permit was lost then I was told it didn't come with one even though I had it in writing? Not happy ruined our stay .
