location was ok but a long walk to beach as we are both 85years old

minor things but overall very happy would book again If we was coming back again to Hornsea yes we would.

The holiday flat was perfect . Spotlessly clean and very very well presented . Bedroom was a good size with the door out to the garden . Shower was huge, bathroom was lovely . Plenty of storage to either hang clothes, or put them in the chest of drawers .Plenty of sockets everywhere too . Kitchen area was lovely . The whole flat was decorated beautifully . It was the extra attention that was paid to the holiday let, that were fabulous . Milk in the fridge, Tea Coffee Sugar , salt pepper and oil in the cupboard . Tea towels and hand towel in the kitchen too along with washing up liquid, sponge and dishcloth. Little bottles of shampoo conditioner and shower gel, along with thick heavy soft towels in the bathroom . A perfect stay . Excellent communication with the Host . Thank you so much . We will be back .

Everything great The sofa was very firm, but didn't sit on it much. Think it's a sofa bed.
